Hey honey! Welcome to Honey Cove, where we specialize in all things hair removal! From waxing to sugaring, our licensed staff is here to help. We provide a safe comfortable environment that welcomes all. The owner and operator, Aure, has almost ten years experience in the hair removal industry. She is an award winning esthetician, and prides herself in the ability to educate, elevate, and smooth her honeys out one strip of wax and ball of sugar at a time.
CANCELLATION POLICY
At Honey Cove Aure is committed to providing the best service while respecting the time of all clients. Please review my booking and cancellation policies carefully before scheduling your appointment. DEPOSITS &PAYMENT -By appointment only-walk ins are not accepted -All deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred if rescheduled 24hrs in advance. -The remaining balance must be paid at your appointment. CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS -24 hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling without penalty -Cancellation fees will be charged to the card on file. -No-shows may result in loss of booking privileges. Rescheduling -Clients may reschedule once per deposit transfer. - If rescheduled multiple times, a new deposit will be required. REFUND & CHARGEBACK POLICY -Deposits and cancellation fee’s are non-refundable under any circumstance - Any charge backs or disputes will result in the client being permanently banned from booking future services. SICK POLICY - If you are feeling unwell, please notify Aure ASAP to reschedule your appointment to a later date. By booking your appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
